Sercretory vesicles are derived from Golgi bodies. After synthesis, proteins are modified in ER and transported to golgi bodies. Theses vesicles will then transport or secrete out the proteins similar to exocytosis.
The Golgi Body (also called the Golgi Apparatus) packages and ships cell products. They can be proteins as well as lipids.

gulgi apparutus
mithochondrion
Golgi Appartus
The cell organelle that appears as a stack of sac-like membranes is the golgi apparatus. This organelle is responsible for packaging proteins for transport.
Rough Endoplasmic Reticulum synthesizes proteins and sends them to the Golgi Apparatus for modification and packaging.
gulgi apparutus
The Golgi bodies or the Golgi apparatus is the organelle that is responsible for the packaging of the proteins. The mitochondria is the organelle responsible for a cell's metabolism.

ribosomes
Ribosomes (usually on the rough endoplasmic reticulum) are responsible for making the proteins, and the Golgi apparatus is responsible for packaging the proteins.
Ribosomes
The nucleus consists of RNA and protein and is the site of ribosome production
