facing the car, front left
The horn for the 1992 Volvo 940 is located under the car on the driverside towards the front bumper. Over in the corner, I hope this helps

yes and ignition relay would..
in a right hand drive car it is under the car on the left and side if you are cutting out when driving change the fuel pump relay first very common on Volvo's.
YES THE DOORS OF 740'S AND 940'S ARE THE SAME, THE ONLY DIFERENCE RESIDE INTHE WINDOW PLUG WHICH IS DIFERENT BETWEEN YEARS, SO USE THE SAME YEARDONOR CAR OR JUST CUT THE HARNES AND CHANGE IT WITH THE ONE FROM YOUR CAR, THE 2 WIRES ARE THE SAME. GOOD LUCK.
On right-hand drive car the control unit can be found next to your right foot behind a plastic cover.
If the relay is not supplying power to the fuel pump, then no fuel to the motor. No fuel - no power.
try #12&13 fuse
The fuse panel on a 1990 Volvo 940 is located inside the car, typically on the driver's side. To access it, open the driver's door and look for a small cover on the lower dashboard, near the left side of the steering column. Removing this cover will reveal the fuse panel, which contains the fuses for various electrical components in the vehicle.
I have a 92 940 turbo as well My fuses are located behind the ashtray. If you lift up under neath the ashtray it should pop out and on the back it will tell which fuse it is I want to say 23? but I am not sure as I am not near my car.
A Lincoln, a good, big back seat... Kidding, a good car for a sixteen year old girl would probably be a Volvo, maybe a 240 or a 940. Pretty cheap cars, my sister bought hers for only about $400 (australian). They're fairly fuel efficient, fast, used to be very high class cars. Fairly reliable, 5 seater, for your friends, and very safe. If someone hits you in a car, a Volvo is one of the safest cars to be in. Hope that this was helpful
