I believe what you mean is the graphics card as well as the processor. My suggestion to you is to buy at least a quad core of 2.4 GHz as the minimum. Additionally, a good graphics card will decrease the wait time of rendering videos and video editing. Lastly, have at least 4 GB's of RAM on your computer. Good luck!
