Dry counties in 2001 were Appomattox, Bland, Botetourt, Buchanan, Campbell, Carroll, Charlotte, Craig, Dickenson, Floyd, Franklin, Giles, Grayson, Green, Halifax, Henry, Highland, King William, Lee, Louisa, Lunenburg, Mecklenburg, Montgomery, Patrick, Pittsylvania, Pulaski, Russell, Scott, Smyth, Surry, Tazewell, Warren, Washington, Wise, and Wythe. I don't believe it has changed. All cities in Virginia are wet.

Very wierd, there seems to be lots of information on other states. Wikipedia has info on dry counties in Alaska, Alabama, Texas, Florida, Kentucky, Virginia, Florida, Utah, Mississippi, etc etc but nothing about Tennessee. Odd. I know Servier, Hawkins and Moore County are dry. Oddly enough Jack Dani…els is located in Moore County. I think I've heard that unicoi is Dry.
