India is considered the biggest threat to Pakistan as the neighbors have already fought 3 wars. Both India and Pakistan still have issues that brought the Nuclear rivals to a 4th war (possibly Nuclear) in 2002 over Kargil. The biggest issue is Kashmir along with minor border and water disputes.
It is also widely accepted internally in Pakistan that the US policies do more harm then good for Pakistan, a so called ally and a friend. US highly influences the internal political setup of Pakistan which may or may not have public backing. On top of that their media is in a continued state of creation & maintenance of a hype about Pakistani Nuclear Arsenal falling in to the hands of extremists which are directed only to create international paranoia.
