Usually there is known to be three main countries in the Axis Powers. Germany, Italy and Japan are the major three they are also known as the Tri Axis. However there are more countries in theAxis Powers then just those three, there is Austria-Hungary, Romania, and Bulgaria among others. The Axis Powers, isjust thetitleGermany and those allied with Germany gave themselves for World War Two, just like in World War One they were known as the Central Powers although in World War One these were not allthe same countries allied with Germany. Hope this helps!
The allies were the U.S., Soviet Union, and Britain, The axis were Germany, Italy, and Japan.
It was Rome and Berlin, for Europe. There were times, during WW2, that the axis powers were termed, the "Rome-Berlin-Tokyo Axis."
I believe there are 3 countries with Axis powers. Germany, Japan and Italy
Rome and Berlin became militarily allied in 1939 under the Pact of Steel.

One of the weaknesses of the Axis of Power was the countries that belonged to it. Each of the countries had their own issues to deal with, which made them less able to work together to meet their goals.

Do you mean 'during World War 2'? The 1938 alliance between Germany and Italy was described as the Rome-Berlin Axis. After 1941, when the Axis Powers were fighting the same group of countries as Japan was, Tokyo was treated as another Axis Power, even though the metaphor limped (think of an axle with three wheels going off in three directions, if you can imagine it).
