I believe India is referred to as 'la India'; as far as i am aware it is the only one, but in my limited knowledge I could be mistaken and there may be others.
You probably mean '....die out in certain countries' (and you need to specify the countries). Spanish is still spoken in Spain, and in many countries around the world.
Do you mean "ángeles", the Spanish word for "angels"? If so, you need to correct your question's spelling.

"To need" in Spanish is "necesitar". "I need you" is "te necesito".
"We need" in Spanish is spelled as "necesitamos."

No there are differnetn licences for different countries. In 2014 Sain has introduced a licensing scheme and you would need to complete their training in Spanish.
"Like a dog" is "como perro" or "como un perro." You need to make the context clear, because that's the same spelling and pronunciation as "I eat dog."
