at 88 degrees.
If Antarctica were a country, it would be the clear winner, since it covers
ALL longitudes ... 360 degrees of them. But it's not one.

at 169.65° west, on the Bering Strait ... 162.75° of longitude all together.
Of course, Antarctica covers all longitudes. But it's not a country.

about 169° west at Tarman Island, less than 30 miles off the Alaskan mainland.
A bit over 163 degrees of longitude.
Of course, if Antarctica were a country, it would easily beat Russia. Antarctica sits
like a cap over the south pole, and all longitudes traverse it.

Those are two different longitudes on the Earth's surface. Measured along the equator, they're about 690 miles apart. No single point can have two different longitudes, but Algeria is situated just right and 'wide' enough to have territory at both of them. Antarctica also includes both of those longitudes, but it's not a country.
