All 4 countries do.
England does not in fact have its own government. Its legislature is the United Kingdom parliament and its government is that of the United Kingdom.
The United Kingdom is comprised of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, all of which have their own form of government except for England but strictly speaking its a country.
The United Kingdom is made up of Scotland, England, Wales and N. Ireland, so instead of four individual Kingdoms they became united under one King, therefore United Kingdom. Treaty of UnionIn January 1707. Known as the Treaty of Union and when it was passed the parliaments of Scotland and England ceased to exist. There would now be a Parliament of Great Britain. The majority of the Scots people did not want this but it was believed by the Scottish Parliament that it (Scotland) could no longer survive on its own. Something of Scotland's independence remained; it was to keep its own Church, Legal System, Education System, Royal Burghs and Courts and of course it already had its own culture and history. But the seat of government now moved 400 miles south (to London). In June 1713, Scots peers introduced a bill to repeal the Union. It was narrowly defeated. However, Scotland would regain its own Parliament (through a democratic vote) in 1997 with some powers devolved from the UK parliament in London.
Well, basically a 'country' controls it's own territory absolutely and is not under any control from another country. An example 192 countries/205 Olympic committees question would be Bermuda. Bermuda is a territory of the United Kingdom. The Parliament of the United Kingdom has power over the territory of Bermuda, particularly in defense and national security issues. Also, Bermuda's power to govern themselves was granted by the Parliament of the United Kingdom. Therefore, Bermuda is not recognized as a sovereign state, or 'country', but as a territory of the UK. The UK allows Bermuda to participate in sports as a separate entity. So Bermuda created their own National Olympic Committee and athletes from Bermuda compete under the flag of Bermuda. Another example is Hong Kong. They have their own National Olympic Committee and their athletes compete under the flag of Hong Kong. But the international community recognizes Hong Kong as a region of the People's Republic of China and not as an independent country. Just as the UK does with Bermuda, China gives Hong Kong much autonomy. But, if a country were to attack Hong Kong they would be, in essence, attacking China. Another example is Puerto Rico. Just like Bermuda and Hong Kong, they have their own National Olympic Committee. But the international community does not recognize Puerto Rico as a country but as a territory of the United States.
England has no parliament of it's own, however the UK's parliament is situated in London, England. When England had a parliament prior to 1707 the Parliament's biggest duties were to approve new taxes and adivse the king of England. There has not been an English Parliament since 1707. England is directly governed by the United Kingdom parliament at Westminster.Answer 2 (UK Parliament)Parliament examines what the Government is doing, makes new laws, holds the power to set taxes and debates the issues of the day. The House of Commons and House of Lords each play an important role in Parliament's work.

No.They are their own country.
It has its own parliament, but it is a British crown dependency, though not part of the United Kingdom.
No. Scotland is its own country within the United Kingdom.
we own the world muhaahahaha muahahaha
United Kingdom
Yes - Scotland is still part of the UK - although they have their own parliament.
In a very technical sense, Scotland is a separate country within the unitary state of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. It has its own devolved Scottish Parliament, but retains Queen Elizabeth II (the first of Scotland) as its head of state, and the government of the United Kingdom in Westminster retains many reserved issues, which can be found in the attached link. There is currently a strong movement for full independence of the United Kingdom, with the Scottish National Party running a minority government from Edinburgh, with one of their aims to bring forward a referendum about Scotland's future. In a non-technical sense, Scotland is part of the United Kingdom, and is not fully independent or separate of it.Scotland itself is a country. It is part of a nation called the United Kingdom.no its a region within the united Kingdom but it has its own devolved parlement
Northern Ireland does not own any country. Northern Ireland itself is part of the United Kingdom, which may be what you mean.
Denmark is the country that controls Greenland. Greenland is a country with its own political system, Premier, and Parliament but also has representatives in the Danish Parliament and regards the queen of Denmark as its head of state..
