Well one could argue either way. It is true that a 'house divided against it's self cannot stand' but you must ask yourself, "would Rome have fallen without the threat of invasions?" The fact is that political Rome was vary rarely stable and had made it through some very rough patches in the past. Although the splitting of the Empire by the Romans did not help Rome's situation in the end if all of the trouble had came from internal sources the city as a power would have probably survived as it would most likely remain under Roman control. So yes internal problems were part of the reason but as a power Rome would have probably endured longer without the invasions. So i short invasions were 'more' responsible for the actual fall of Rome.
king john got trouble from previous kings because he couldn't stand up to the expectations or the needs of the public.
That saying means "Don't look for problems in advance; if there are going to be any, they will become obvious soon enough, and you can deal with them when they arise." Another saying with a similar meaning is "Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof" (from the Bible, St Matthew's Gospel). That means "Don't concern yourself about the future until it becomes the present."
By expanding the empire and reorganizing the military and government, Augustus created a new era of prosperity. A long era of peace began with Augustus and lasted until A.D. 180. It was called Pax Romana or "Roman Peace."

Internal conflicts--- The decisions that the late mrs. de winter has trouble making...ex: whether or not to leave Maxim and Manderly External conflicts--- The problems between the residents of Manderly and the late Mrs. de Winter
Internal conflict is about someone trying to defeat something inside him, like maybe he's having trouble meeting new friends because he's shy, and he has to conquer his shyness before he can make a friend (that's a simple example anyway). External conflict is something on the outside is keeping the person from reaching his goals, like maybe someone is trying to kill the main character, that'd be an external conflict. thnx i hope this helped you!

One big advantage is that because the offspring are carried inside the mother and not in eggs, they are mobile and the mother can protect them from predators.
It depends. Most of the time, there are two different types of suspension: Internal and external. A internal suspension is when you are still required to attend school, but you are given work to do in a place away from other students. An external suspension is when you are suspended from he school grounds, and are send work to do.

The main conflict in "The Necklace" by Guy de Maupassant is both internal and external. The external conflict revolves around Mathilde Loisel's desire to appear wealthy and elegant, leading her to borrow a diamond necklace to wear to a party. The internal conflict arises when she loses the necklace and struggles with the consequences of her actions.
