Actually, the only foods that could be safely handled without wearing gloves are those foods that are raw and about to be cooked. Any ready-to-eat food could be contaminated by ungloved (or even gloved) hands if those hands (or gloves) were themselves contaminated.
That is why appropriate handwashing and sanitizing and the proper use of gloves is so important in food service.
So, if you need 3 foods: raw beef being prepped for cooking, raw chicken being prepped for cooking and raw vegetables being prepped for cooking.
