Which foods have the highest amount of protein?

The largest amounts of protein per calorie can be found in chicken, fish, beef, lamb, etc. Mostly animal products. High amounts can also be found in dairy products like yogurt, milk, and cheese. The nut with the highest protein is the peanut. Generally it harder to find high protein in vegetables and carbs like wheat (in comparison to meat for example). many types of beans like chick peas, lima beans, and lentils are also high in protein.
Good sources of protein include:
- Fish and other seafood
- Lean beef
- Milk, yogurt, cheese
