Wlll i work out so i drink blueberrys bannanas and milk blended,it may taste a little nasyy but it is a great sorce of protin

There are no fruits 'rich' in protein, per se, but avocados top the list, followed by peaches, apricots, and figs. Dried berries may contain 1-3% protein.
