You can't reset it that way. You need someone that can input date directly to computer by plugging into it. Go to Craigs, look under auto locksmith in services, find one that is mobile and tell them you need a reset. Have them also check your system-if it was activated, there must have been a reason, perhaps key halo going out, module etc.
