I was into the Autozone website for 5 minutes before I realized what the question was. where the fuse for the horn is ?? fusebox other possible reasons?? horn defective, wire loose between the fuse and horn OR horn switch in the steering wheel is defective.
Maybe the horn is defective, or missing. It should be located on the drivers side, front of the engine compartment. It is accessable from under the vehicle. test with a jumper wire from the battery to the horn, also check the ground connection. There is also a horn relay. joedi
If you have replaced both the fuse and the relay I would suggest looking at the horn itself. I used to spray WD40 or equivilent into the horn and tap it with a hammer. The internals may have frose due to moisture or lack of use.
Horn Fuse # 14 ( 20 amp) in the fuse panel on the passenger side. Be sure and check fuse. Exchange with another 20 amp fuse and try horn if horn still does not work then it is the horn relay located under the hood fuse panel.
i have a 96 jetta and i looked at the fuse box and found the horn fuse and it was blown changed the fuse and the horn works so i would look at the fuse box find your horn fuse and see if its blown change it out with the same amp fuse and push the horn button that might fix your problem
