The 100 schilling note from Austria is no longer in circulation as Austria adopted the euro as its currency in 2002. The value of a 100 schilling note would depend on its condition and collector's demand, but it generally does not have any face value in terms of current legal tender.
The value of a 1993 1000 Russian ruble note would depend on its condition and rarity. Generally, as a collectible item, it may have some value beyond its face value. It's recommended to consult with a currency collector or appraiser for a more accurate valuation.
A "banknote" is the official currency of a country issued by the central banking authority of that country. A "Currency Note" is defined as any bill or note not exchangeable at par (for the local currency), issued by a person or company (not a bank) with a fixed value printed on the note.
At least $100 trillion ($Z 100, 000, 000, 000, 000.00). I have one as a souvenir of my recent visit (mid-July 2009). I don't know if it's the largest, but it's the largest I could find being sold (as a curiosity) in Zimbabwe. Note that Zimbabwe issued four different types of currency before their dollar was suspended from trading, and that the $Z 100 trillion note was printed in 3rd currency (1 trillionth of the value of 4th currency). Therefore 4th currency notes (Issued early 2009) are technically worth a trillion times more than the 3rd currency versions (but have lower face values). According to the previous answer to this question, the value of 4th currency was "$10 million = $130 euro" (in 3rd currency terms this is $10, 000, 000, 000, 000, 000, 000.00 = $130 euro). I don't know if this answer was accurate or up-to-date.
The One Dollar note was not introduced into the Australian currency until the 14th of February 1966, at the introduction of decimal currency.
