Which is better a pet hamster or mouse explain why?
Hamster because mice stink and hamster like to play more than mice. If you want a playful pet choose hamster an if you want a pet that will just sit around in the cage then the mouse is for you!
Either could be a good class pet!
As a pet, it is illegal to experiment on them. It is your responsibility as a pet owner to take care of your pet and experimenting on them means putting the health of your pet at risk.
In my opinion, a black bear hamster makes a very loving pet and really cute on top of that. I would go with the hamster because they're also easier to handle.
A pet mouse would live in a cage like a hamster cage.
They both can be trained and mice usually bite a more often than hamsters do.
Yes, a mouse is a very cool pet and it is cooler if you buy a hamster (same as mouse only in different colours and.....BETTER!).You can hold them, play with them, cuddlle them and most of all love them (I think you would understand if you are a girl....just joking).So...the finall answer is: YES THEY ARE COOL.
A hamster tbh :D x
yes, mouse poison will kill hamsters, when using poison try to keep it in places that your pet can not get to.

To take care of a hamster in front of children first explain what the hamster is such as- this is a hamster- then explain how to be reacting around the hamster by stating- hamsters are good listeners so no loud noises around a hamster or you can hurt his or her ears. when you pet a hamster pet him or her with your pointer finger and stroke their back gently.explain how to care for them… Read More
A hamster is better because birds are loud and annoying and hamsters are nice and quite.
Wild mice do not do well as pets. You would be better off if you went to a pet shop and purchased a pet mouse. They are cheap.
I would say rat. Ive had both. Hamsters just sleep all day, so they are very boring. The rats are much more social. But my favourite pet is mouse.
All hamsters are the same really its just that dwarf hamsters are smaller
normal quaker oats, hamster food from the pet shop, dandilion leaves, rice (cooked or un-cooked) they will eat almost anything.
SEEDS. YOU CAN GET RAT AND MOUSE FOOD AT YOUR LOCAL PET STORE. ALSO HAMSTER AND GERBIL FOOD.
If it doesn't get better in a few days, I would take it to a pet doctor and let him give the hamster medicine.
I'm not sure but it wouldbe better to use a hamster disinfectant from your local pet store
Most likely a guinea pig.
TRuthfully, no. I got my hamster from a pet store, been there for all her life(9 weeks until I bought her) and she is very timid, and easily frightened. My friend Sarah bought her hamster from a flea market, and her hamster isn't scared of anything. And if your hamster is pregnant, the pet store will not let you return it.
depends on how gentle he /she is. if he or she is not gentle a hamster might not be the best pet since they are extremely fragile if he/she is, a hamster is a great pet. guinea pigs not that fragile so if who you are getting it for is not careful this one is the best option.
this depends on the shop and brand of hamster food. For example the zoo pet shop in luanceston sells wagg hamster, gerbil and mouse food for £1.59 for 1kg, however harry hamster in homeleigh garden center, launceston is about £2 for 1kg.
There are a few cat litter products that can be used in a pet mouse cage to control odor. However, there are some types of litter that are deadly to the mouse. It is better to use a paper based bedding for a pet mouse.
You can buy a hamster from a pet store or from a breeder.
i had a guinea pig and it was easy to take care of and it was a great pet
Maybe a mouse or dwarf hamster. But don't let the dwarf part fool you, they can stick your whole finger in their mouth!
Depends how old you are, and how much effort your prepared to put in. A hamster needs more effort so it's up to you.
It depends on what they do and waht type they are. But I would choose Both
That is a good age for them to get a hamster for a pet.
Well I have 2 hamsters and 3 guinea pigs and well if you rather a little little pet try a hamster if you rather a little pet try a guinea pig but there are differences between them
the best mouse to keep for a pet is female fancy mouse
If the mouse is a pet mouse and not a wild mouse, no. The pet mouse will not have the fear of human scent.
if your hamster likes it when you pet them they wont run from you as much as they usually do.
Here are some ideas: Get him another dwarf hamster Occupy his time with something that he really likes, that will take his mind off his hamster that died Get him a new pet (it's OK if it's not a dwarf hamster, you'd probably want to get a pet that's lifespan is longer than a hamster)
You can, but it will not be as good a pet as a domesticated mouse.
Did abe lincoln have a pet mouse
The pet store, of course!
Well if you have a hairless hamster i just won't. If not then in about 2 weeks. If you feed if good hamster food it grows better/faster. ALso it's much nicer to hold/pet.
Well Not Usually and i wouldn't recommended having them around the home. i recommended maybe a hamster or small mouse
a hamster should be terated as a pet because they are small cute and they are not wild animals

cuz wen the momy computer and the daddy monitor luv each other they decided that they wanted a pet and a ninja came through the window and told dem to get a mouse or parish!!! NO i think it is because the fact that the mouse will make a squeke or scratch when being moved.
It is a normal hamster. Pet shops give them names like that to make them sound better, or more exclusive so people will pay more than they normally would.
