It depends on your prescription and where you are shopping. The more complicated your prescription is, whether it be glasses or contacts, the higher the cost will be. The cost also depends on if you are going to a optometrist office (more expensive with higher quality products) or a corporate chain (less expensive with lower quality products) to buy your glasses. Contact lenses are the same quality no matter what store you buy them at as long as they are not expired. On line contact lens wholesalers are usually the cheapest.

∙ 14y agoi think contacts cause glasses can get pretty irritating at some points. but also contacts can get itchy but i wear glasses and contacts but i think contacts are better. but if this is not a good enough question go to Google or bing.com even ask.com

∙ 14y agowell neither are bad, but if you leave contacts in for too long or sleep in them they can make scratches on your eyes and they might get infected. if this happens just leave your contacts out so the scratches dont get infected

Both are basically the same. It dePends on what you like. Glasses- get in the way more and are not useful for sports. Easy to put on. Contacts- help for sports, irritating to put in, sometimes hurt during the day but you can get used to them, are cheaper, make you look better. Personally, I enjoy contacts more. I had both, but contacts were way better. It takes about a month to get used to taking them in and out, but it is worth it.
