It's pretty much a question of same, same but different. Smaller wheels are easier to get up to speed, and a bit of speed makes balancing easier. Bigger wheels are heavier to set in motion, but once they're moving their weight adds a bit of stability.

what is the point for the big tires in the back and tiny tires in the front?

Tractors have small tires on the front to make it easier to steer the tractor. Large tires are harder to steer. The large tires in the back allow the tractor to have more power as it plows.

Why bicycle tires have small treads?

Not all of them have. Bicycle tires for soft/loose surfaces will have coarse treads and very knobbly patterns. But bicycle made to be ridden on hard surfaces will have very smooth treads. The main reason why car tires for road use have tread patterns at all is to avoid aquaplaning. And due to the shape and size of the contact patch of a bicycle tire, a bicycle can'taquaplane. So small/no treads will do fine.

Why would a tractor sink if it had thinner tires?
