Without knowing which candies you're asking about specifically and what the rest of your diet looks like, I would say chocolate candy is better for you in moderation.
High quality chocolate (with high cacao content) offers trace minerals, some fiber and healthy antioxidants. However, even though the higher cacao content (65% to 80%) has less sugar than many other candies, it still has plenty of calories from the cocoa butter. The good news is that a little goes a long way, a slowly savored piece of Dark Chocolate can be more satisfying than a handful of hard candies even if it does have more calories.
well, it depends on what the hard candy is. chocolate is probably more fattening. however, everything in moderation is fine.
probably nougat...compared to dark chocolate (dark chocolate is actually good for your heart...)
It is a bit unhealthy for you but healteaist chocolate. It is not fattening; only milk chocolate & white choclate
It's good but more fattening.
Nougat
Hamburger, definitely. You will break your hammock.
A 3 musketeers is a chocolate bar with a center made of nougat and whipped chocolate.
Three Musketeers candy bars are filled with a light chocolate nougat. Yum.
Rich chocolate and creamy nougat.
Nougat, caramel and chocolate
Mostly like chocolate. The nougat is a sort of marshmallowy chocolate.
An independent variable is the same thing as a test variable, so it is what you are testing. If you want to find out which chocolate is more fattening, you are TESTing to see if Hershey's or M&M's. You are TESTing the chocolate (to see which is more fattening)
nougat
The first chocolate wasn't a bar, it was a fattening drink. The first person to make a chocolate bar wanted to make it less fattening, and more solid. Because he loved chocolate and was getting too fat over it.
