For example, the Russian Language only has 150,000 words and 3 tenses. The English Language has an infinite amount of words (because it's an open vocabulary) but in reality it has 6 million words in functionality.

Therefore, English allows for more nuances than Russian.

So, in conclusion (and it's debatable), English can convey a deeper meaning into it's communication than Russian.

However, this can be debated because, "too many" or "too few" can also cause greater confusion.
