It would probably cost quite a bit of money t build an engine like this. This engine would have to built from ground up.
The first engine was in aircrafts in during WWI, The first turbocharged passenger car was the Oldsmobile Jetfire option on the 1962-1963 F85/Cutlass which utilized a turbocharger mounted to a 215 cu in (3.52 L) all aluminum V8. Also in 1962 Chevrolet introduced a special run of turbocharged Corvairs called the Monza Spyder (1962-1964) and later renamed the Corsa (1965-1966) which mounted a turbocharger to its air cooled flat 6 cylinder engine.
3.0L turbocharged or naturally aspirated. But I think some of the first ones had smaller engines.
No, it will not.
I really don't understand what you mean. A turbocharged car is a car with a turbocharger attached to the engine. If you install a turbo in a car you get a turbocharged car. If all you want is the cool sound from dump valves opening I guess it's technically possible to have a partial installation with a turbo charging into a pressure bottle or something, byt that would be even more ridiculous than running unconnected sidepipes.
The Toyota MR2, specifically the second-generation model (SW20), was offered with a turbocharged engine option. This model features a single turbocharger in its 2.0-liter inline-four engine variant. However, the earlier first-generation MR2 (AW11) came with a supercharged version rather than a turbocharged one. So, generally, the MR2 has one turbo in its turbocharged configurations.
no lol what a stupid idea
The first car engine was built in the year 1926.
