I believe it's still the SR-71 with a record speed of 3,529.56 km/h.
SR-71 holds the record for the fastest manned jet aircraft. The officail maximum airspeed achieved by the plane is near Mach3.5. Unfortunately it is only a spy plane or surveillance aircraft.

Ken Warby holds the current World Water Speed Record (WWSR) at 317.6 mph, set in 1978. He is Austrailian in origin. The boat, Spirt of Austrailia, was a jet powered hydroplane.
Shockwave is the worldâ??s fastest truck. Shockwave is equipped with three jet engines, each one producing 12,000 horsepower. It holds the speed record for a jet truck at 676 miles per hour.
It holds the world record for the fastest jet plane it can travel at Mach 3.3 (three times the speed of sound) 2,000 mph
the average cruise speed for civil airliners ranges from 250 kias (knots in airspeed, close to miles per hour) to 1250 kias
Marvin is the only fast jet of ultimate fastness
If they can avoid it they do. The jetstream is very strong and the headwinds can really drive up the amount of fuel you need to gain and maintain airspeed.
The current absolute (or unlimited) record holder is ThrustSSC, a twin turbofan jet-powered car which has achieved 763 mph (slightly under 1228 km/h) over one mile (1.6 km), breaking the sound barrier, Do you know why it is becoming increasingly difficult to attempt to break the absolute LSR?? :)

Current jet fighters average about 1,300 mph.
