Answer:That's pretty much a personal question. It really depends what your looking at as far as price, value, and quality. Dell is well know for having inexpensive budget and mid-range laptops. However when it comes to technical support it's reported that customers have issues with Dell in this department.
A few years ago, Toshiba laptops were known in the high priced range, but with the prices of hard drives, CPU and memory falling, the prices of Toshiba laptops also have also dropped very reasonably. I use a Toshiba L305D myself, but it seems over 80% of my customers use Dell (not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing !)
