Which lettuce is the best for you to consume?
September 19, 2007 8:32PM
Most dark greens are good sources of Vitamin C, beta-carotene, iron, calcium, folate, and dietary fiber. The rule of thumb is, usually, the darker the greens, the more nutritious the leaf.
Can you give fish lettuce?
For all practical purposes the answer is no. If you mean to ask if fish are harmed by lettuce, they are not. If you mean to ask if fish will eat lettuce, the answer is no for virtually all fish, but I would not be terribly surprised if there were a few species that would eat lettuce. Fish are generally not vegetarians. Even those that consume plant food would want something with more carbohydrate or protein than lettuce.
