I currently have a mrsa infection I found clindamycin was more effective at eradicating the superbug than cephalexin, clindamycin is the strongest of the two the chemist told me clindamycin is a black listed anti-biotic and is limited to no repeats. you must return to your doctor to obtain another course. my experience with clindamycin has definatly out performed cephalexin thanks michael
Clindamycin is a prescription medication.
can i take advil with apo-clindamycin
Yes
No. Clindamycin is an antibiotic. Some cough syrups have codeine in them but there would not be an antibiotic-opioid combo medication.
A nurses responsibilities for someone taking Clindamycin is to make sure they do not get too much of the medication. They also are responsible for getting the medication to the patient on time and keeping track of what time it was given to them.
Clindamycin is used for serious infections where Penicillin may not work like severe tooth abcess. It is a stronger alternate to Amoxicillin .
50mg of a medication is stronger than 10mg of the same medication.
nope. Cephalexin in human is used to treat inflammations and it is also used in dogs to treat inflammation. I was given Cephalexin when my throat was swollen. My dog was given the same for a swollen eye. Unless there's something different about the ingredients in the medication.
Probably not. Cold sores are caused by a virus you should use antiviral treatment like Lysine or Abreva. That medication is used to help treat bacterial infections and pneumonia it won't do any thing for viruses. See related link for more information.
Depends upon what normal is for that medication; for you.
You could potentially buy this medication in Mexico or India without a prescription, although this is difficult. Clindamycin is an antibiotic which the World Health Organization would like to control in order to decrease bacterial resistance.
Totally.
