buy a car with 850 horsepower, put the Crown Victoria name on it and hope no one notices.
I had a 2001 and yes they are fast. Try to find one with around 100,000 miles or so. I now have a 2002 and it has even more power and has better pickup than my 01 did.

I do not have one on my 4.6 L crown. I just drain from the lower rad hose.
There is a guide book that every Crown has in the glove box. All the fuse locations are in this book. If you don't have one, borrow someones.
