Which part is bad on my electric window. you hear the motor working but doesnt make the window go up or down?

Don't remember what its called but it is the "X" shape lift that actually lifts the glass it's probably just pulled off the motor you can re attach it by taking the inside of the door, loosening the lift and putting it back on the track
