basically original cds are printed rather then burned the image is printed on the siler part of the disc blank cds are the same but they are printed as blanks with disc info on them so computer can read that they are blank

depending on what type of program you are using, there should be a buttion that will say "Burn" on it. You have to, first, make sure you have a blank CD in the computer. Good luck!
well you cant put a computer CD in a DVD player, but you can put a DVD in a computer so yes and no. it depends on what you use them for.
