neither. it would be better for you to eat the skin on its own. make sure it is uncooked or if u want something for the kids just cook them in a microwave for 4 mins. then they will be nice and crispy.

You can eat any potato with the skin on. In fact, it's healthy to eat the skin since most nutrients are right under it.
