there are calyx that is the sepals that is the leaf like structures below the petals which perform the function of protection to the floral cup and below that there is the epicalyx another leaves like structures and they can be five to six and the corolla has five petals and are free in a twisted aestivation and they help to attract insects for pollination and the androciem consists of the pollengrains,anthers,the pollentube and gynoeciem consists of the ovary of axile placentation.
