There was no official dollar bill or coin with JFK's image. The only US Mint issue from 1967 with his picture would be a half-dollar.
Please check your coin again. It's either not 1943 or not Ben Franklin. Half dollars dated 1916 to 1947 carry the Walking Liberty design. Franklin's picture was on the half dollar from 1948 to 1963.

Eisenhower, not "Eisenhauer".Also not a half dollar or not 1970. Ike's picture was on $1 coins dated 1971-78. JFK's picture has been on the half dollar since 1964.Please check again and post a new question.

To set the record straight the president's name is EISENHOWER, and his picture was on the DOLLAR coin from 1971 to 1978. JFK is on the half dollar. Please determine whether you have a half dollar or a dollar as well as what date it is and then check the Related Questions.

That's Eisenhower, not "eisenhouer", and if it's Ike's picture you have a $1 coin, not a half dollar; if you have a half dollar it's JFK's picture, not President Eisenhower.Please determine which one you have and post a new question including the coin's date.
That's EISENHOWER, but it can't be a half dollar or it can't be Gen. Eisenhower's picture because he was on the $1 coin that year. JFK is on the half dollar. In either case, both coins are made of copper-nickel and are only worth face value.
