The Republicans who served two full terms were Ulysses S. Grant, Dwight Eisenhower, Ronald Reagan and George W. Bush. Abraham Lincoln, William McKinley and Richard Nixon was all elected to two terms but none of them completed their second terms.

Theodore Roosevelt and Calvin Coolidge were reelected after completing presidential terms to which others were elected (who died in office).

When has the us had republican presidents for three terms?

The United States has never had Republican presidents for three consecutive terms. The closest it came was during the era of Franklin D. Roosevelt, a Democrat, who won four consecutive presidential elections from 1932 to 1944. Since the two-term limit for U.S. presidents was established by the 22nd Amendment in 1951, no president has served more than two terms.
