There are numerous companies that make coffee grinders. Grinders range form those that can be used in the home to commercial ones that can be seen in grocery stores. Cuisinart makes a good grinder that is both a good brand and is easy to use.
The lemonade used by Starbucks is packaged exclusively for that purpose and not available for retail sale. The "brand" therefore does not exist. As a barista at Starbucks, the closest thing you will get to the Starbucks lemonade is Simply Lemonade. When we run out at our location that is what we use :)
The espresso machine that I have found to be most commonly used in Starbucks is the Barista or Sirena espresso makers. You can find these sold on ebay if you are interested.

Starbucks used a specific formula calculating the number of people in an area, the type of businesses, and the economy of an area in order to expand the way it did. By saturating the market, it also intimidated competitors.
Because the caffeine is lost during the brewing process. But also during the brewing process, mass of the coffee bean (coffee seed to be technical about it) is reduced. So if you brew it by WEIGHT and have equal mass, the result will be MORE caffeine in the dark roast but if you brew it by quantity in the scoop, it will have less.
Question asker: I know Starbucks used to do this but my nearest Starbucks is about an hour away and I live down the street from many different convenience stores that are always advertising fresh brewed coffee and was wondering if I could ask for the same arrangement from them
The different brands differ by the coffee beans used and how they roast them. Depending on the coffee beans used and the roasting method you will get different flavors and strengths. Tasters is one of the better varieties by their use of premium coffee beans and an advanced roasting method
The kind of roaster being used, the desired level of roasting, and the number of beans being roasted are some of the variables that might affect how long it takes to roast coffee beans. However, roasting coffee beans normally takes between 10 and 20 minutes.
Chicory was originally added to coffee during the Civil War to extend the coffee supply. It mellows out the bitter taste and is still used in coffee sold in Louisiana. Two brands that I know of are Community Coffee and Cafe' Du Monde coffee.
