This is a statutory regulation which means the traffic sign is white. It typically reads:
Although there may actually be occasional signs advising "slow traffic keep right" it is written into the motor vehicle code of most (all?) states that slower vehicles must keep to the right, and it is understood that everyone who receives a drivers license understands this basic rule.
There are two signs: "Keep Right Except to Pass" and "Slower Traffic Keep Right." Washington and New York use the first sign with "State Law" added to the top.

Such signs often have the phrase "Keep Right Except to Pass" or "Slower Traffic Keep Right." Some places, like New York and Washington state add the words "State Law" to some of their signs.
While there actually may be signs posted in some locations, the prevailing state law in almost every state I'm aware of is keep right - except to pass.
Slow traffic keep right sign
When you are in a country that drives on the right, then generally you should drive in the right lane; the left lane is for passing. When you are in a country that drives on the left, then generally you should drive in the left lane; the right hand lane is for passing only.
Some players wear the shooting sleeve on their non shooting arm to keep their arms from getting scratched up when driving lane etc. as the player(s) guarding them tend to take swipes at them and the ball.
The swamper tells George that Curley wears a glove filled with vaseline on his left hand to keep it soft for his wife.
The swamper tells George that Curley is a boxer and keeps his left hand closed and glove full of vaseline to keep it soft for his wife.
It means when a road splits into two roads, keep driving on the right side (kind of like a fork where theres three prongs, but in this case only two) probably because there might be a loop. So just keep staying on the right.
