Possibly a bad module it is located on the side of the distributor. Could also be a bad coil or just the wiring to either the coil or the module. Hope this helps Mark VII Heaven
Because when you turn the igniton switch to run it heats up the coil which then in turn goes to the distributer and from the distributer to the spark plugs.
remove bolt on corner of coil pull out coil remove plug
It has the Coil On Plug ( C.O.P. ) ignition system ( V6 + V8 ) that has an individual coil for each SPARK PLUG ( 6 or 8 spark plugs )
Look at top of the valve covers. There you will find a small coil for each individual cylinder. When you take that coil off the spark plugs are below the coil.
