If your looking to live up north, Ohio is actually very inexspensive to buy very nice houses and the cost of living is a lot lower than places like New York or even Boston. If your going down south Texas used to be ( not any longer) so I would go with Georgia or Virginia.

If you are looking for a new construction home in a great community and location, then you will love Monterra Cooper City. Monterra maintains the strong sense of community on which the city was founded. The Santa Barbara and Old Florida architecture of the townhomes and the single family homes makes you feel like you are living in a different time, but with modern luxuries. Features such as clapboard shutters, distinctive hardware and brick paver driveways, spacious interiors with elegant 18"x18" ceramic tile are usually considered upgrades in other communities. However, these come standard at Monterra, which is great news in this economy. The amenities on offer at Monterra is unmatched by any other community in its class. The clubhouse alone offers plenty of activities including a fitness center, aerobics studio, banquet room, resort-style swimming pool and more. If interested in owning a home at Monterra Cooper City, call the sales center at 954-450-2822 or visit the website of the newest luxury single family and townhome community in South Florida at www.monterrafl.com.
