Your question is too vague to really answer.
Long guns (Rifles or Shotguns) are handled differently by almost all states than handguns.
Almost all states allow you to own a long gun without any kind of permit.
Many states allow you to own a handgun without a permit.
Most states, that allow you to carry outside the home, require a permit to carry.
Notice the difference. The ability to carry outside the home is more regulated than just owning a handgun.
Like I said, you haven't provided enough info for a definitive answer, but if you go here, you should be able to find what you want: http://www.nraila.org/GunLaws/

See the chart at the site below.
For what?
Not really possible to answer your question as written. Alaska, Arizona and Utah have very few gun laws in comparison to other states.
Silencers are illegal in SOME states for the general public, but only a few. See link below
YES!,depending on the fps(feet per seccond)you can kill anything up to a rabbit. Some states do not allow the use of air guns for hunting, and some states dont regulate old world rats & mice, and thus you could even use a sling-shot, air gun, or crosbow if you wanted.
Some states will allow out-of-state residents to get a concealed carry permit by that state, but not all states do this.
Ya put it in your ranged slot on your character sheet, then right click the mob you want to shoot. of course, you need to be able to actually use a gun. some classes do not allow you to use a gun.
It depends on where you are. In the U.S. at least, the laws differ from state to state...some states allow it, some don't unless you have a permit.
most states do not require any license to have a frearm in the home. Again, most state allow for self protection in ones home.....................
This is determined by local law. In the States of Oregon and Washington, yes.
A class 3 dealer is a gun dealer that can sell short rifles, short shotguns, machine guns, and surpressors. Some states don't allow some of those things, but most states do.
Any state in the United States allow guns. All of them, one way or another. Laws vary by the state. Handgun ownership is the most restricted in all states with ownership being very difficult in some states. Generally, shotgun and rifle ownership is less restricted across the board however it also varies state to state.
The legality of a taser gun is a state issue, meaning that each individual state reserves the right to allow or ban taser guns for consumer use (non-police). Some states which allow taser are more strict than others in who it is may use the devices. In order for your own state's policy, take a look at the link under the related links section.
You can carry a concealed handgun in most states except for Illinois and the District of Columbia. Each state has different laws, and some states allow open carry, some do not, and some allow either. Check handgunlaw.us for more information.
