Limited monarchy gives more power to the people. The gorvernment has more control. In an absolute monarchy, the king, queen, or president has all of the power, and "the poeple" dont get any say in what goes on, until there is a reelection.
It depends on your ideas, you can't exactly say a government is "best" without explaining your ideals. If you are a monarch, of course absolute monarchy is going to benefit you. If you oppose a monarchy, well, then an absolute monarchy could cause your execution.

The main difference between absolute monarchy and constitutional monarchy is that in an absolute monarchy, the monarch has absolute control and power, whereas, in a constitutional monarchy, the power of the monarch is limited by the constitution. Monarchy is a form of governance in which a single person acts as the head of state.
