Whereas Twilight is more recent. Hell ya!!! -Uh NO! Twilight, both book and movie series, is the worst disgrace to any vampire fandom ever. Even the Southern Vampire series (True Blood) is better than that crap. You want a good, young adult, vampire series? I recommend The Chronicles of Vladimir Tod. It's no Shakepeare, but it's crazy good. My favorite vampire series of all time.
