Vitamin B6 would be the best one but you really should take a B Complex which is all the B vitamins for a host of great improvements in your body. I take one everyday along with others and could feel the difference within a week.

I would also try Vitamin C lozenges once a day to keep your immune system running efficiently. For some reason the lozenges work better than the pill.
