It is possible, some minor tweaking is necessary to make the engine mounts fit and also the drive axles but it is a fairly simple swap, you can even use the accent's tranny with the tib's engine. Im pretty sure the tension adjustment is the long bolt on the mounting arm of the alternator. It has a set screw that you have to loosen first before adjusting the long bolt.
