By not obtaining the disbanding of the Reich, Clemenceau failed in obtaining/securing the future of France.

Having had dealt with the German Reich, as the invaded over a period of 100 years; Clemenceau knew full well that as long as the German Reich Republic stood, as a united/consolidated nation. It not only represented a threat to France but to most of Eastern Europe, as such it was more of an armistice than a peace treaty. As warding systems could not be put in place to enforce the terms of the Treaty.

Thus a phrase was attributed to Mareshal Fosh, that Clemenceau originated.

President Wilson the meddling fool, is an interloper, who has not clue as to the reality of what was agreed upon, for within 20 to 25 years from now, all will be for naught, as an other war is already brewing. Thanks to the efforts of both Prime Minister Loyd George and President Wilson

List the big four and their goals or intentions on the treaty of Versailles?

The Big Four at the Treaty of Versailles were David Lloyd George of Britain, Woodrow Wilson of the United States, Georges Clemenceau of France, and Vittorio Orlando of Italy. Each of these men wanted in some way to control what happened after the war in such a way as to prevent Germany from rising and creating trouble in the world. The 'Fourteen Points' proposed at the Versailles was an attempt by these men to have the post-war world go the way they believed it should.
