If by "inisent" people you mean "innocent"...then yes. They did. Civil War was the first war in which Total War (AKA: don't care if your a civilian or soldier, your a target for me!) could be considered to have been done. It was done by Maj. Gen. William Tecumseh Sherman, who traveled from Atlanta Georgia to the city of Savannah, Georgia. On the way he tore down any infrastructure and made sure to consume any supplies and burn down whatever was left unused. Sherman also stated that any resistance was to be met with unrelenting retribution....
it was a territory then, im pretty sure it wasnt a state
i'm not sure pls write more information
im not sure but during the 1950's Georgia might have been affected by racism in the civil war
Well it depends on what you mean. The civil war was the war that we took the most casualties in but im pretty sure that world war two was the biggest as far as how many people were in it.

They traveled by horses, camels, and even caravans.
Well, I'm pretty sure that nobody knows the names of ALL of the people in the Civil War so I would not ask it because you will probably never find the answer!

I am not sure what century you are asking about but before modern history people traveled by foot, ship, horse, camels, cart, wagon, and mule.
