While attending college and collecting unempolyment benefits can you deny employment offers and still collect bennifit and attend college?

YES if your eligable for the TUI program i think its called, you have to ask the college or your local job search centre or unemployment to send you the form, then you fill it out, your school fills it out and the job centre fills it out then you send or fax it to unemployment dept.

i am not sure if your unemployment will decrease but i know that you wont have to look for work while your attending college if the dept approves you which they will more than likely.
Regarding my home state, NC, you are able to maintain unemployment insurance and attend college simultaneously. However, you must search for work by weekly guidelines and be willing to accept work if a job you qualify for becomes available.
