• I don't know how to make my Meez, every time I try to make one I also get the same error.

• I'm not sure why either, but I think it has something to do with you being banned.

• I got banned before, and I asked my friend to make me another account (shawty71).

• I haven't tried it yet, but I'm thinking that a possible reason for this is that they track your IP address somehow, and don't allow you to make another account while being banned? Try making another account on someone else's computer. Add me if you want (Fractality)

SO HERES YOUR ANSWER: You cannot make a new account if your old account is banned, any computer you have logged in on your banned account wont let you make a new one either, so heres my tips...
• 1. Go to a public library and make a new email account.
• 2. Make a new meez account on the public library account.
• 3. Ps. This will not work if you have logged in on this computer with your banned account. [:
