You might check if it is shingles. My husband had a pimply looking rash that started on his neck and started to spread down his arm. At first it didn't itch, but after 5 days he had some pain. The doctor diagnosed it as shingles and said that the rash spreads along the nerves on one side of the body. It happens when you're stressed and it comes from chicken pox that has been dormant. It will probably last for two weeks.
