All our prayers end with "Amen" . However, at Mass we do not say Amen as the prayer continues until "thine is the kingdom.."

Hymns are like poems. so they have their own preferences. sometimes Amen is added by later people
a way
In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Amen.
This expression goes back to Jesus who told his disciples to go to all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Amen is an expression meaning "let it be so".
In the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, Amen
I think its 'Amen". I haven't been to church in ages, but it seemed to go "In the name of the Father , the Son and the Holy Ghost, Amen".
As in all translation, some individual words may be a bit different, based on the translator's choice, and on the changing vocabulary over the years, but the important thing, is that the meaning stays the same. The King James version was completed in 1611, and much has changed in the spoken language since then. In all the translations checked, the basic meaning of the scripture appears to have remained the same:The King James version says: "And hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen."The NIV says: "and has made us to be a kingdom and priests to serve his God and Father-to him be glory and power for ever and ever! Amen. "The American Standard Version says: "and he made us to be a kingdom, to be priests unto his God and Father; to him be the glory and the dominion for ever and ever. Amen."The New World Translation says: "and he made us to be a kingdom, priests to his God and Father-yes, to him be the glory and the might forever. Amen."The Amplified Bible says: " And formed us into a kingdom (a royal race), priests to His God and Father--to Him be the glory and the power and the majesty and the dominion throughout the ages and forever and ever. Amen .."New American Standard says: "and He has made us to be a kingdom, priests to His God and Father--to Him be the glory and the dominion forever and ever. Amen."New Living Translation says: "He has made us a Kingdom of priests for God his Father. All glory and power to him forever and ever! Amen."Young's translation says: "and did make us kings and priests to his God and Father, to him is the glory and the power to the ages of the ages! Amen."
Celebrant: "In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit." Parish response: "Amen"
