There is little chance that a person convicted on drug charges and deported will be allowed to return to the United States. There could possibly be compassionate reasons for a return, but it is unlikely.
It depends on why you were deported and why you need to come back I guess, because this actor was deported for skipping out on his military service (which is mandatory unless you have an injury/illness that could prevent you from it) and was only allowed to return for his father's funeral, but they only gave him less than a week to stay. If you're deported over something like that which they view as serious, I don't think you can live there again.
There was no 'church' and Israel was in northern Palestine. Hebrews who had been deported to Babylon by the Babylonians were allowed to return to Jerusalem to attempt to reclaim ancestral lands, and on the side rebuilt the destroyed temple.
He allowed the Judeans return to Judea to let them attempt to claim the ancestral land they lost when Babylon deported them to Babylon to stop them leading rebellions against its rule.
Never.
Generally, after deportation, a person is not allowed to return to the United States. However, if there is a serious need, a motion can be filed in federal court for reentry.
Deported.
Yes, it could potentially be done.
It would depend on the circumstances. You don't have an automatic right of return within a particular time period but there are very few reasons that would enable immigration to exclude you permanently. Most people when deported are given a pack of information regarding their rights and this includes a form requesting to return.
