By most accounts, the one sibling he is in regular contact with is his half-sister Maya (from his mother's side of the family), who lives in Hawaii. She attended both of his inaugurations and he visits her when he is in Hawaii on vacation. He has some half-siblings who are from his father's side and live in Kenya, but he does not seem to be as close to them. One half-brother (Malik) attended his wedding in 1992 and there are reports that they keep in touch sporadically.
